Thank you for taking part in the Mammos' journey to Israel.

Your purchase is part of a crowdfunding model, where everyone can choose how to support the project – through purchasing a ticket to ceremonies and events, or through a direct donation from the heart.

Community Partnership Model

The entire project operates on a non-profit basis.

The proceeds are used solely to cover the expenses required to bring the four mammoths to Israel: flights, accommodation, food, translation, equipment and production.

Each participant chooses the method of support:

1. Purchasing a ticket to an event – support with participation.
   

2. Direct donation – support with intention, without receiving a ticket or actually participating.
   

Cancellation and refund policy

Purchasing a ticket is considered a non-refundable donation – even in the event of non-attendance.

The purchase proceeds are used in advance for production expenses and operating obligations.

Card transfer

The card can be transferred to another person without the need for prior approval or coordination.

It is recommended that you inform us for registration purposes and to arrange for the reception of participants.

In cases of cancellation or change at the initiative of the organizers

If the event is canceled at our initiative, a transfer to an alternative event or a partial refund will be possible at the discretion of the team and depending on the circumstances.

In situations of force majeure

In the event of emergencies, war, Home Front Command directives, or any other force majeure – we will act in accordance with official safety guidelines.

Where possible, an effort will be made to find alternative solutions that will allow some of the ceremonies to continue to be held in an online format (live broadcast or recorded), or to hold events at another time.
